GMIT Connect ATS (Attract, Transition, Succeed) Project

Schools’ Liaison Office

Our Schools Liaison Team (SLO) at GMIT is evolving and changing to suit the needs of students, parents/guardians, guidance counsellors and teachers, in a post-Covid world. Our job is to share the details of courses we have on offer at all fi ve of GMIT campuses located in counties Galway and Mayo. We understand that choosing a course and deciding which college to attend are major-life-decisions for both students and families in general; GMIT's SLO Team is here to help offer support along this path. We are excited to offer #VirtualVisits to your school(s) at a time that is convenient for students and teachers. In addition to this we will be hosting several virtual/hybrid (COVID. restrictions permitting) events throughout the new academic year (21/22). These events will be recorded and can be viewed at a later stage at a time that best suits students/teachers/parents. Schools Liaison Of fi ce Services include: • Annual Open Days and Information Sessions
