Your Course This master ’s programme is a one-year qualification for candidates who have completed either the PDSL or DGCS leadership diploma. Course content will focus on qualitative and quantitative research approaches with a particular emphasis on critically identifying perspectives on researching school leadership. Students will complete a leadership focused dissertation that will provide an opportunity to demonstrate the ability to engage in primary research and consolidate the learning outcomes achieved in other modules on the PDSL/DGCS programme. Career Opportunities School principalship, mid-level leadership positions in schools, education support services, entry to PhD/Doctoral studies. Minimum Entry Requirements Candidates must have completed the PDSL/DGCS in order to be eligible to apply for this course. This is a one-year, top-up programme to enable graduates of the PDSL/DGCS to obtain a master ’s qualification.
